Brunch Charcuterie Board


  • 12 Reko Pizzelle Cookies (flavor of choice)
  • 1 cup yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1 cup fruit jam or preserves
  • 1 pint berries
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • Pineapple chunks or slices


  1.  Lay down the pizzelles onto a large wooden board or serving platter, scattered in 2 or 3 different sections
  2.  Place 2 small bowls onto the board, one filled with yogurt, one with jam
  3.  Fill in remainder of the board with berries and cut up fruit
  4. Optional, add other ingredients as desired and share with friends.
