Dark Chocolate Dipped Pizzelle


  • 1/2 c Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 10 Reko pizzelle Cookies (desired flavor)
  • Toppings: chopped nuts, sprinkles or coconut or any of your favorites


  1. In a microwave safe shallow bowl, melt dark chocolate chips in microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. Stir chocolate until all the chunks have melted
  2. Place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet
  3. Dip half of the Pizzelle in the melted chocolate
  4. Place on the cookie sheet and top with your favorite topping
  5. Let the chocolate harden on the counter or for faster results, place in the fridge for 5 minutes
