
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Dark Chocolate Chips
- 10 Reko pizzelle Cookies (desired flavor)
- Toppings: chopped nuts, sprinkles or coconut or any of your favorites
Directions:
- In a microwave safe shallow bowl, melt dark chocolate chips in microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. Stir chocolate until all the chunks have melted
- Place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet
- Dip half of the Pizzelle in the melted chocolate
- Place on the cookie sheet and top with your favorite topping
- Let the chocolate harden on the counter or for faster results, place in the fridge for 5 minutes
