Makes 4 sundaes
- 12 Strawberry Reko Pizzelle Cookies
- 8 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- Handful mint leaves (optional)
- Hull and slice strawberries into thin slices. Reserve half and divide evenly among 4 sundae dishes.
- Scoop ice cream into dishes on top of sliced strawberries.
- Top with remaining berries and mint leaves if desired.
- Finish each sundae with whole or crushed strawberry cookies.
