Pizzelle Strawberry Sundaes

Makes 4 sundaes


  • 12 Strawberry Reko Pizzelle Cookies
  • 8 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • Handful mint leaves (optional)


  1. Hull and slice strawberries into thin slices. Reserve half and divide evenly among 4 sundae dishes.
  2. Scoop ice cream into dishes on top of sliced strawberries.
  3. Top with remaining berries and mint leaves if desired.
  4. Finish each sundae with whole or crushed strawberry cookies.
