Layered Pizzelle Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Reko Pizzelle Cookies (flavour of choice)
  • 1 cup pudding (flavour of choice)
  • ½ cup whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Using individual dessert dishes, layer Pizzelle and your favorite pudding, making sure to cover the entire cookie surface on each layer. Use as many cookies as desired.
  2. Top the final cookie with whipped cream instead of pudding.
  3. Refrigerate 12 to 24 hours before serving.
  4. Decorate or top with fruit. Serve.
